The tenants’ noise on each floor of a tall, narrow house reaches a crescendo!
With a practicing band, a singing lady and jumping dancers all sharing a house, it was a matter of time before they all tried to drown each other out... much to the frustration of the quiet girl and her Dad on the top floor. Cleverly, she throws a party to unite all the tenants and they bond in their common love of music. They become friends and live harmoniously ever after.
