The tenants’ noise on each floor of a tall, narrow house reaches a crescendo!

 

With a practicing band, a singing lady and jumping dancers all sharing a house, it was a matter of time before they all tried to drown each other out... much to the frustration of Phoebe, the quiet girl and her Dad on the top floor.  Cleverly, she throws a party to unite all the tenants and they bond in their common love of music.  They become friends and live harmoniously ever after.
